Terms Of Use:

My Eco Wash is a professional vehicle express tunnel washing service that uses the very latest high-tech express tunnel wash systems to keep your vehicle safe from damage.
Procedure During The Wash
Your health and safety are our primary concern at My Eco Wash. You must follow all directions by our attendants while on the premises and comply with our health and safety policy at all times. Our health and safety policy can be found on our website or at our onsite office.
During The Wash Process:
Follow all directions from our signs and our attendants.
Remain in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise by our attendants. Failure to do so may result in damage and/or injury.
Leave your vehicle running and place the transmission in NEUTRAL.
Ensure your vehicle’s brakes are NOT engaged.
Set your steering wheel so that your vehicle drives forward and do NOT interfere with it at any time.
When you see the light turn green at the completion of the wash, please place your car’s transmission into drive and exit the Tunnel.
Limitation of Liability: Vehicles
At My Eco Wash, we consistently exercise the utmost care with every customer’s vehicle. However, given the varying condition of the vehicles entering our premises, My Eco Wash will not be liable for any damage or loss caused or related to any:
Pre-existing damage whatsoever including, but not limited to:
a) Cracked, chipped, or tinted windows
b) Cracked or faulty bonnets, windshields, headlight protectors, loose mud-flaps, side skirts or bumpers
c) Oxidized, chipped, blistered, or flaked paintworkWindscreen adhered accessories such as GPS’s, mirrors, etc
Windows, sunroofs, open well-side utes, left open during the car wash;
Automatic door locks, kill switches or alarms;
Any non-factory installed items, or modifications including but not limited to:
a) Antennas
b) Roof or bike racks
c) Vehicle graphicsCollisions in the wash tunnel caused by your fault or negligence.
If you believe your vehicle will have an issue with any of the above limitations please kindly advise one of our customer service attendants as soon as possible in order for My Eco Wash to take the necessary precautions to prevent any further damage or loss.
Limitation of Liability: General
My Eco Wash will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss, including death, to person or property, that is caused by the customer breaching or failing to comply with our instruction, or terms and conditions, and in particular our health and safety policy.
You agree to indemnify My Eco Wash for any liability resulting from damage or injury to a third party caused in whole or part by your fault or negligence to comply with our instructions, or terms and conditions, and in particular our health and safety policy.
My Eco Wash will not be liable for any consequential or special loss, or loss of profit whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise.
Acceptance
By using our services these general terms and conditions of trade are deemed accepted by you, including our privacy policy and health and safety policy which can be found on our website or at our onsite office. My Eco Wash appreciates your acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and conditions prior to entering our premises.
Return & Refund Policy
My Eco Wash offers a clean car guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your wash we will immediately re-wash your car at no additional cost. This offer is only valid at the time of your original visit and we will require your receipt.
Please do not hesitate to approach one of our attendants on site and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way that you require.

Unlimited Eco Wash Club
Terms & Conditions

My Eco Wash’s Unlimited Eco Wash Club allows you one wash each day during a monthly period for one registered vehicle.
My Eco Wash’s Unlimited Eco Wash Club can only be purchased with a credit card. The fee for the first month is charged to the customer’s credit card following acceptance of this agreement.
The monthly fee is charged to the same card automatically each month until the agreement is ended by either party.
Entering into this agreement requires the installation of an RFID tag on your vehicle’s inside front windscreen.
To cancel an Unlimited Eco Wash Club membership, a customer must make their request in writing via mail, email, or in person at My Eco Wash. The customer’s request must be received 14 days before the next billing date. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a plan due to early cancellation.
The customer must contact My Eco Wash to change any information details (eg: vehicle, email, or credit card information) that might affect their membership.
If My Eco Wash is unable to charge a credit card for any reason, the agreement will be ended.
The customer must notify My Eco Wash if the registered vehicle’s RFID becomes damaged, the vehicle is sold, or the windscreen is replaced. The RFID will be de-activated and a new RFID issued. $15 will be charged to the customer’s credit card for all replacement RFIDs.
All RFIDs remain the property of My Eco Wash and must be surrendered upon request or if the agreement is ended. If an RFID tag is tampered with, or used in any way inconsistent to these terms and conditions, the agreement will be terminated and all money paid will be forfeited. Failure to return the RFID tag may result in additional charges to the customer’s credit card on a cost recovery basis.
An Unlimited Eco Wash Club membership is valid at My Eco Wash during normal business hours. My Eco Wash will be closed on all public holidays. My Eco Wash may also close during inclement/severe weather conditions, or for any unforeseen circumstances if necessary.
No other coupons, discounts, or special offers are valid with the Unlimited Eco Wash Club, unless stated otherwise by our manager.
We are able to change our pricing and terms and conditions without notice, including hours of operation. In the event that pricing or terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on My Eco Wash’s website. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers, and will apply from the next billing date for existing customers.
This program is for personal use only: commercial vehicles are prohibited - no taxis, limos, and shuttles.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to our general terms and conditions that can be found on our website at or at our onsite office.
My Eco Wash may terminate the agreement at any time if the customer fails to comply with our terms and conditions.
Eco Family Share Program:
Customers are to provide verification/agreement from the principal member in order to be eligible for twin share pricing.
My Eco Wash has the right to revoke a customers’ Eco Family Share Program membership if the principal member defaults on payment or cancels their membership.
The maximum number of Eco Family Share Program members per principal is three (3).
